Instruction for watching (downloading) video (and audio) in smaller resolution

To watch in smaller resolution:

1. Choose the video you'd like to watch.
2. Click the Play button, and in a few seconds you will see two small buttons "Captions" (cc) and "Settings" (looks like a little flower) appear at the bottom of the video.
3. Click the "Settings" button at the bottom of the video.
4. Here you can choose the video resolution.

To download in smaller resolution:

1. Choose the video.
2. Click the small YouTube icon at the bottom of the video, this will take you to the youtube channel.
3. Once you are on the youtube channel, just type "ss" in the link address at the top of the page, so it looks something like this: www.ssyoutube.com/watch?v=RbqyvZtUGUQ. This new link will take you to the savefrom.net website which will allow you to download the videos in any resolution (the resolution options are on the right).
